(Background technology) Conventional methods for coloring wood include chemical coloring treatment,
There are dyeing treatments, etc. Further, as a method for coloring synthetic resin-impregnated wood, there is a method in which a coloring agent such as a dye or pigment is added in advance to a synthetic resin to be injected into the wood, and then the wood is injected and impregnated to obtain synthetic resin-impregnated colored wood.

(The number of tanks in which the synthetic resin is stored determines the types that can be colored.) Also, when changing the colored synthetic resin, it is necessary to remove enough resin from inside the vacuum cooker, wiring W, etc. There is also a risk of color mixing.

Alternatively, a colored synthetic resin is applied to a semi-cured veneer and hot-pressed to embed the coloring agent in the vessel and harden it. In this way, it is an object to easily obtain colored wood impregnated with a synthetic resin in which the vessel part of hardwood is darkened and the grain of the wood is emphasized.

Obtain veneer from logs using rotary lace, slicer, etc. The thickness of the veneer varies depending on the final product, but in the case of flooring, it is preferably about 0.3 to 31 El. If the inside of this veneer is to be colored, it is colored by performing conventional degreasing, bleaching, and dyeing processes. (If only the surface is to be colored, it is possible to do so by dyeing only.) Next, this colored veneer is dried by hot air, high frequency, etc. to a moisture content of 10% or less, placed in a vacuum-pressure cooker, and subjected to the vacuum-pressure method. The veneer is impregnated with synthetic resins such as unsaturated polyester ρ and methyl methacrylate.

Example 2 A semi-cured veneer was obtained by carrying out the same treatment as in Example 1,
This is placed on top of a plywood coated with adhesive, and is integrated with the plywood by heat-pressing. Polrex on the surface of the veneer
5 parts by weight of Brown PM-3BR and 100 parts by weight of water were coated using a flow coater and dried. Furthermore, the colorant adhering to areas other than the vessel pipes was removed with a sander, and a clear synthetic resin (synthetic resin similar to that injected and impregnated into wood) was applied to a flow coater.
The synthetic resin is cured by applying heat and pressure molding on the same strips as described in exl).
