- 管内挿用支持体に支持された超音波探触子本体
に、超音波振動子を該超音波探触子本体の挿入方
向に対し直交する方向に弾性体を介して突出及び
引き込みし得るよう取り付けたことを特徴とする
超音波用探触子。
