Claims (1)
- 熱可塑性樹脂をバインダー成分とするパイプ状
磁性体の内部に配置されて該磁性体の内面に接触
する強磁性体よりなる複数の内部ローラと、この
内部ローラに対向する状態で上記磁性体の外面に
接触して該磁性体を挾み付ける強磁性体よりなる
複数の外部ローラと、上記内部ローラ及び外部ロ
ーラと共働して閉磁気回路を構成する部材と、こ
の閉磁気回路構成部材に磁場を生じさせる電磁コ
イルとを備え、パイプ状磁性体を加熱しながら回
転させることにより該磁性体中の磁性材料の磁化
容易軸を放射状に配向するように構成したことを
特徴とするパイプ状磁性体の配向装置。
