[Detailed explanation of the invention] This invention uses pressurized air when spraying chemicals with a power spreader, especially a backpack-type power spreader, to clean combines, binders, etc., and collect gleanings during harvest. This invention relates to a dust suction attachment for a power spreader that is capable of performing dust suction in addition to the original dusting function of a power spreader.

Since most of the functions of conventional power spreaders are to spread powdered, granular or liquid pesticides, granular fertilizers, etc., they are only used during limited periods throughout the year, and are not used during other periods. The current situation is that it is left unused, which is extremely uneconomical in terms of effective use of its functions, and inspection, repair, cleaning, etc. are often neglected. However, when it is used again, it may not necessarily be in good condition, and it has drawbacks such as the possibility of unexpected expenses for the user. Therefore, this invention corrects the above-mentioned drawbacks and, in addition to the original spreading function of a power spreader, uses pressurized air during spraying to remove, inhale, and remove dust.
The aim is to provide a dust collection attachment for a power spreader that can be used effectively as a power spreader by also performing tasks such as gleaning collection, and can be connected to the bellows pipe attached to the power spreader. An injection nozzle is formed above the main body of the dust collection case, a suction section is formed in the middle, and a contraction section with a suction/exhaust switching valve is formed below in communication with each other, and a hollow handle is assembled. It is integrally formed and protrudes from the top surface of the dust case body.

Referring to the drawings below, we will describe the case where an embodiment of this invention is applied to a backpack-type power spreader. A bellows is attached to the blower outlet e of a power spreader A equipped with an engine, a blower (none of which are shown), and a chemical tank T. A lower end of an injection nozzle 2 having a substantially inverted L-shaped cross section connected to the tip of the bellows tube 1 is integrally formed in the center of the upper surface of the dust collection case body B. A ventilary action is performed in the reduced diameter part 3 integrally formed below, and a suction/exhaust selector valve 4 is rotatably housed and supported. A net-like collection bag G is removably suspended from the outer periphery of the lower end of the expanded portion 5 provided by a binding piece 6 such as a string or wire. Further, a bellows tube 8 is fitted and connected to the tip of the suction portion 7 which is projected and formed on one side above the contraction section 3, and the tip of the direct injection tube 9 is fitted and connected to the tip of the bellows tube 8. Connect the suction/exhaust jet head 10 to the
Sometimes pressurized air is blown out from the opening h at the tip, and sometimes dust, fallen ears, etc. can be sucked in.

Furthermore, if a female thread is carved into the inner circumferential wall of the lower end of the injection nozzle 2, and the injection nozzle attachment F, which has a male thread carved into the female thread and which is screwed into the female thread, faces the reduced diameter part 3, the pressurized air can be This makes it possible to perform more effective functions. Note that an inverted U-shaped hollow handle 1 is provided on the upper surface of each of the injection nozzle 2 and the suction part 7.
1 is integrally formed. However, the injection nozzle 2. Reduced diameter part 3. The suction part 7 and the handle 11 constitute a dust suction attachment. In the figure, P is a worker, and d is an object to be sucked, such as dust or fallen ears.

Since this device has the above-mentioned configuration, when using it, if the intake/exhaust switching valve 4 is set to the solid line position in Fig. 2 and the blower is driven, the pressurized air sent from the fan case will be injected. When the flow flows in the direction of the arrow in the nozzle 2 and passes through the reduced diameter part 3, it becomes a vacuum at a higher speed and lower pressure than when passing through the injection nozzle 2, so the worker P can move the suction/discharge jet head 10 to the By directing it towards the object d, the suction object d is directed to the direct injection pipe 9,
The pressurized air is sucked into the diameter-reduced portion 3 side through the bellows tube 8 and suction portion 7, falls and is stored in the collection bag G, and is then discharged to the outside through the mesh of the collection bag G. Therefore, the worker P can easily collect the suction object d into the collection bag G by changing the location as necessary.

Moreover, if the suction/exhaust switching valve 4 is set to the chain line position in FIG. Since the air is blocked and flows toward the suction section 7, it becomes possible to clean combines, binders, etc. with the pressurized air from the opening h of the suction/exhaust jet head 10.

In addition, if the injection nozzle attachment F as shown in FIG. 3 is used, the suction force at the reduced diameter portion 2 can be increased as the pressurized air moves at a higher speed, and the suction operation can be further expanded.

According to this invention, the dust collection case can be connected to a bellows pipe attached to a power spreader, and the main body has an injection nozzle at the top, a suction section at the middle, and a reduced diameter section at the bottom, all integrated in a state of communication with each other. It is shaped like this, so it can be manufactured easily, and since the reduced diameter part is equipped with an intake/exhaust switching valve, the pressurized air generated by the blower can be transferred to a combined blower, if necessary.
Since it can be used for cleaning binders, etc., and sometimes for suctioning of objects to be sucked, it is possible to expand the scope of use of power spreaders, which were previously only used for a certain period of the year, and it is beneficial for users. Equipped with this dust collection attachment, the power spreader can be used at all times throughout the year, making it economical. Furthermore, inspection, cleaning, repair, etc. can be taken care of each time it is used, so it is always in good operating condition. Since the dust collection case body is connected to the power spreader via a bellows pipe, the vibrations generated when the engine is driven are not directly transmitted to the dust collection case body, so there is no noticeable impact on the workers. Does not cause fatigue,
In addition, there is a practical benefit in that there is no risk of causing unexpected trouble due to the vibration during spraying and suction operations.
