【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は車輛用穴あきヘツドレスト、特にドー
ナツ状となつた安全枕の表皮の取付構造に関する

一般に車輛用シートは第１図に示すように安全
枕Ｐを有しており、近時この安全枕Ｐはドーナツ

にドーナツ状に成形することにより、フロントシ
ート、リアシート側の乗員がこの枕Ｐの中空部を
介して車輛の前後を目視することができるので、
それだけ視界を広げることができる。このような
ドーナツ状の安全枕はリング状となったフレーム
と、このフレームより突出するステーと、上記フ
レームを被う発泡材などの緩衝材と、この緩衝材
の全体を被う布材などよりなる表皮とから形成さ
れ、上記表皮を取付けるには、従来表皮を、ドー
ナツ状の中空部を形成する如く袋状に縫製して、
この表皮をかぶせて緩衝材の表面側を被つた後、
表皮の開口部を最終的に縫製して閉じるようにし

接続部を閉じるようにして上記緩衝材を確実に被
うことができるようにし、上記欠点を除去するも

側を被うリング状体１６，１６′と、緩衝材１０
の外周面１７の約半分を被う筒体１８，１８′と
を互いに縫製により接続することにより、形成さ
れている。上記筒体１８にはステー１１を通す孔
３０が設けられる。一方のリング状体１６と筒体
１８とから成る半分側の表皮素材ａと、リング状
体１６′と筒体１８′とから成る他方の表皮素材ｂ
とはそれぞれ筒体１４の両端側に位置しており、
表皮素材ｂを構成するリング状体１６及び筒体１
８によつて第５図に示すようにステー１１を孔３
０より通し、かつ緩衝材１０の半分側を被つた後
筒体１４と他方の素材ａ側を中空部１９を介して
他方側に回し込み、リング状体１６′、筒体１
８′を緩衝材１０の他の半分側に被せて覆うこと
により、緩衝材１０の全体を表皮１２により被う
ことができる。この場合、筒体１８と１８′の開
放端２０側にはスライドフアスナー２１がそれぞ
れ縫製などの手段によつて取付けられており、こ
のスライドフアスナー２１をいずれか一方のスラ
イドフアスナー２１に取付けた接続子２２によっ
て接続することにより、リング状の緩衝材１０の
内周面１３、外周面１７及び側壁１５を完全に被
うことができる。従つて本考案によれば従来のよ
うに緩衝材１０を被つた後にその開口部側を縫製
などの手段で塞ぐ必要がなく、表皮の取付作業が
簡単なものとなり、量産化を図ることができ、ま
た緩衝材１０がリング状であつても確実に被うこ

定されず、第１０図に示すように断面円形状の柱
体から成る接続体４０と、この接続体４０を挾持
する中空部を有する接続体４１とから構成し、こ
の接続体４０と、４１とから成る接続部を表皮に
おける緩衝材１０の周方向に沿つて設けるように

けで表皮の取付が可能となり、従来のように縫製
作業が必要とならず、量産化を図ることができ
