[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a perforated headrest for a vehicle, and particularly to a mounting structure for the skin of a donut-shaped safety pillow.

Generally, a vehicle seat has a safety pillow P as shown in FIG. 1, and recently a donut-shaped safety pillow P has been proposed. By forming the pillow P into a donut shape, passengers on the front and rear seats can visually see the front and rear of the vehicle through the hollow part of the pillow P.
That's how much you can expand your horizons. Such a donut-shaped safety pillow consists of a ring-shaped frame, a stay that protrudes from the frame, a cushioning material such as a foam material that covers the frame, and a cloth material that covers the entire cushioning material. To attach the skin, conventionally the skin is sewn into a bag shape to form a donut-shaped hollow part.
After covering the surface side of the cushioning material with this skin,
The opening in the skin was finally sewn shut to attach it.

However, if the opening of the bag-shaped skin is to be closed by sewing after covering the cushioning material, the work will be troublesome, especially since the opening will expand due to the repulsive force of the cushioning material. This has the disadvantage that it cannot be easily sewn because of its short action.

In addition, regarding the skin covering the safety pillow, which has a rectangular shape instead of the conventional donut shape, a cut 2 is provided in the bag-shaped skin 1 as shown in Fig. 2, and a slide fastener 3 is attached along this cut 2. Another method has been proposed in which the cushioning material of the safety pillow is stored inside the skin 1, and then the slide fastener 3 is closed to attach the skin. In the case of providing a donut-shaped cushioning material, the problem is that it cannot be covered with a donut-shaped cushioning material.

The purpose of this invention is to divide the bag-shaped skin covering the entire surface side of the cushioning material constituting the donut-shaped safety pillow into front and back parts along the circumferential direction of the safety pillow. After attaching the connecting part to the skin and covering the doughnut-shaped cushioning material with the outer skin, the connecting part is closed to ensure that the cushioning material can be covered securely, and the above-mentioned drawbacks are eliminated. This will be explained in detail using examples.

3 to 6 are simplified configuration diagrams showing one embodiment of a perforated head rest for a vehicle according to the present invention. In the figures, 10 is a donut-shaped cushioning material, which has a stay 11. A skin 12 that covers the entire cushioning material 10 includes a cylinder 14 that covers the inner peripheral surface 13 of the cushioning material 10, and a side wall 15 of the cushioning material 13.
Ring-shaped bodies 16, 16' that cover the sides and cushioning material 10
It is formed by connecting cylindrical bodies 18 and 18' that cover about half of the outer circumferential surface 17 of the cylindrical body to each other by sewing. The cylindrical body 18 is provided with a hole 30 through which the stay 11 passes. One half of the skin material a consists of a ring-shaped body 16 and a cylindrical body 18, and the other half of the skin material b consists of a ring-shaped body 16' and a cylindrical body 18'.
are located at both ends of the cylindrical body 14, respectively.
Ring-shaped body 16 and cylindrical body 1 constituting skin material b
8, the stay 11 is inserted into the hole 3 as shown in FIG.
The ring-shaped body 16' and the cylinder 1 are passed through from 0, and the rear cylinder 14 that covers the half side of the cushioning material 10 and the other material a side are passed through the hollow part 19 to the other side.
By covering the other half of the cushioning material 10 with the cover 8', the entire cushioning material 10 can be covered with the skin 12. In this case, a slide fastener 21 is attached to the open end 20 side of the cylinders 18 and 18' by means such as sewing, and a connector is attached to one of the slide fasteners 21. By connecting through 22, the inner circumferential surface 13, outer circumferential surface 17, and side wall 15 of the ring-shaped cushioning material 10 can be completely covered. Therefore, according to the present invention, there is no need to close the opening side by sewing or other means after covering the cushioning material 10 as in the conventional case, and the work of attaching the skin becomes simple, and mass production can be achieved. Moreover, even if the cushioning material 10 is ring-shaped, it can be covered reliably.

In addition, in the present invention, the connection part made of the slide fastener 21 is provided on the skin side covering the outer circumferential surface 17 side, but the present invention is not limited to this, and this connection part is shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 9, it may be provided on the corner side of the outer peripheral surface 17, or as shown in FIG. 8, it may be provided on the inner peripheral surface 13, or as shown in FIG.
It may be provided on the third corner portion 13a side. In short, this connection portion may be provided along the circumferential direction of the cushioning material 10. Furthermore, the above connection part is not limited to the slide fastener 21, but as shown in FIG. A connecting portion made up of the connecting bodies 40 and 41 may be provided along the circumferential direction of the cushioning material 10 on the outer skin.

As explained above, according to the perforated headrest for a vehicle according to the present invention, in the outer skin covering the entire inner circumferential surface, outer circumferential surface, and side wall of the donut-shaped cushioning material, the outer skin is moved in the circumferential direction of the cushioning material. Since the cushioning material is divided into front and back parts along the same line and a connecting part is attached to connect the divided parts, the outer skin can be attached by simply covering the entire cushioning material with the outer skin and then connecting the divided parts using the connecting part. Therefore, there is no need for sewing work as in the past, and mass production can be achieved.
