封塞してなるものにおいて、上記の細長い端子脚
を挿通する小孔を具えた熱硬化性樹脂の薄板を上
記絶縁材料として絶縁ケースの開口部に嵌挿し、
これを加熱して該開口部を密閉したことを特徴と
