Claims (1)
ツトに於いて、外周形状を上記フランジに合わせ
て形成した金属薄板の内周縁部を断面円形に巻き
回す事によつて形成した無端環状の中空ケース部
にカーボンを充填すると共に、上記中空ケース部
の外周側に位置する金属薄板に、金属薄板との厚
さの合計がこの中空ケースの厚さよりも小さくな
る様な厚さを有する板材を添設し、この板材と上
記金属薄板の互いに整合する位置で、かつ上記フ
ランジのボルト挿通用の孔に整合する位置に、こ
のボルトを挿通自在な孔を穿設した事を特徴とす
