垂設させると共に、第１頂壁５中央の開口周縁か
ら垂下する第１筒部６内に吸込み弁７を設け、か
つ該第１筒部から上記容器体内に液体吸上げパイ
プ８を垂設させ、更に第１頂壁５から上記開口を
囲んでシリンダ１２を起立させたキヤツプ状部材
３と、上記シリンダ内へ上下動自在に第２筒部１
５を嵌合させ、該第２筒部１５下端に筒状ピスト
ン１６を、かつ該第２筒部上面を閉塞する第２頂
壁１７の外周部に第２筒部内外に開口する液体透
孔１８……を、更に該液体透孔よりも中心側の第
２頂壁部分からは上外方へ拡開するテーパ状逆ス
カート状部１９を、それぞれ設けピストン付き弁
部材１４と、該ピストン付き弁部材を上方へ付勢
するコイルスプリング２２と、上記第２筒部１５
