    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 平板材と、互に山部および谷部を有する波板
    材とを重ね、その一端の山部と他端の谷部とを
    閉塞したものをパイプ状の巻芯にスパイラル状に
    巻層し、そして前記巻芯の外径とほぼ同径のフラ
    ンジを有し且つ巻芯の内径とほぼ同径の内挿部か
    らなる盲蓋を、流入側の前記巻芯の入口面に気密
    に固設したハニカム式のフイルタエレメント。
