Conventionally, this type of damper has an annular mounting member,
The inertial mass member and the inertial mass member are made separately, and they are supported concentrically with a mold. In this state, an elastic body such as rubber is filled between the annular attachment member and the inertial mass member, and the unit is vulcanized. The damper is obtained by molding.

Therefore, a highly accurate mold is required to ensure the position of the annular attachment member and the inertial mass member.
The disadvantage is that the work is troublesome and expensive. The object of the present invention is to obtain a device free from such inconveniences, and includes an annular mounting member provided concentrically with the drive shaft, an inertial mass member provided surrounding the annular mounting member, and an annular mounting member. In a damper in which an elastic body such as rubber is interposed in an annular space formed between a member and an inertial mass member, the annular mounting member and the inertial mass member are connected at one end. After that, the annular space is filled with an elastic body such as rubber, and then the connecting portion is separated.

An example of implementing the present invention will be explained with reference to the attached drawings.
In the drawings, 1 is an annular attachment member provided concentrically with the drive shaft (not shown), 2 is an inertia mass member provided surrounding the annular attachment member 1, and 3 is a connection between the annular attachment member 1 and the inertia mass member 2. An elastic body such as rubber is filled in an annular space 4 formed between them, and in the illustrated example, an annular attachment member 1 and an inertial mass member 2 are connected at one end by a connecting portion 5 having a U-shaped cross section. After casting one body into a body (FIG. 1a), the annular space 4 formed between the annular attachment member 1 and the inertial mass member 2 is filled with a rubber material, and the whole body is vulcanized and molded. (FIG. 1b), then the connecting portion 5 is cut to obtain a product. (Fig. 1c) Reference numeral 6 designates an air vent hole provided in the connecting portion 5 when filling the rubber material. In this case, a uniform interval can be formed between the annular attachment member and the inertial mass member 2 over the entire circumference, and when filling this with an elastic body such as rubber, the thickness of the elastic body can be formed over the entire circumference. The damper is uniform over the entire area, thereby providing a damper with stable performance. Incidentally, although the method using casting has been described above, it goes without saying that it is also possible to perform the method using press molding.

According to the present invention, after the annular attachment member and the inertial mass member are connected at one end, an elastic body such as rubber is filled in the annular space, and then the connecting portion is separated. Since the damper is provided, the dimensional accuracy between the annular mounting member and the inertial mass member is improved, and the mold used to fill the annular space with an elastic body such as rubber is simple. This has the advantage that a damper with good, inexpensive and stable performance can be easily obtained.
