In an overhead valve type engine that has a camshaft on the cylinder head that controls the opening and closing of the valve, a refueling guide is provided on the top surface of the camshaft holder to supply lubricating oil to the valve head, and the refueling guide is installed on the top surface of the camshaft holder. It is fixed to the camshaft holder using a mounting bolt that is shared with the camshaft holder, and a lubricating oil passage is communicated with the mounting bolt hole of this camshaft holder, and lubricating oil is introduced into the oil supply guide through the mounting bolt hole.
