Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the safety, cleanliness, durability and easy cleanability of a gas burner by a structure wherein a discharge electrode and a thermocouple are provided at the lower portion of a burner main body and at the same time a top body, through which a mixer tube, the thermocouple and the discharge electrode fitted, is provided above a broth receiving tray. CONSTITUTION:Gas, which is sent from a nozzle 1 through a mixer tube 2 to a flame port part formed by a burner head 3 and a flame port cap 4, is ignited by discharging discharge sparks at a flame port slit 5 with a discharge electrode so as to shift the resultant flame to a flame port slit 6, which is open at the position facing to a thermocouple 10 on the burner head 3 in order to heat only the tip of the thermocouple.
