体壁面部を貫通し、該ダイヤフラムと一体に構成
されたダイヤフラムシートに当接するステムの前
記貫通部に、前記ダイヤフラムシートと一体に構
成され、前記ステムが遊動可能に挿通される筒体
が設けられ、該ステムの貫通部に配設される封止
部材が、該筒体の外周部と前記本体壁面部との間
に装着されることを特徴とする減圧弁。 (2) 前記ダイヤフラムシートの前記ステムとの
当接部にリリーフポートが形成されていることを
