ツドレストと前記ステー間に配設され同ヘツドレ
ストをその倒伏時前記ステー側に解除可能にロツ
クする第１ロツク機構および同ヘツドレストをそ
の起立時前記ステー側に解除可能にロツクする第
２ロツク機構とを備えてなる車両用リヤシートの
