In general, a solar cell panel A is constructed by connecting a plurality of solar cells b, b... to a storage space in a frame a as required, as shown in a and b in Fig. 1, with a filling material c such as synthetic resin The batteries b, b... are arranged and fixed by the protective transparent plate d fixed to the frame a.
It is constructed by being able to receive light through the wafer and being lined with a back sheet e.

Therefore, in order to use such a solar panel A, the protective transparent plate d should be oriented due south, so that when the sun reaches its mid-south point, sunlight will be irradiated at right angles to the surface of the transparent plate. The installation angle is adjusted and installed on an outdoor frame, etc., but the installation angle needs to be corrected about twice a year to match the altitude of the sun, which changes depending on the season.

However, the conventional mounting device of this type uses a mounting frame f having an E-shaped cross section as shown in FIG.
The horizontal plate portion of the mounting leg h that engages the solar cell panel A with the upper fitting groove g and extends in an L-shaped cross section.
Mounting holes i are drilled at the required locations in h', and the holes i are aligned with the through holes k drilled in the frame j, and the mounting frame f is tightened with bolts and nuts l as shown. It is configured such that it is attached to a pedestal j, or the horizontal plate portion h' is bonded to the pedestal j using an adhesive.

However, although the latter type of adhesive is easy to install, it has problems in terms of weather resistance and strength, and the former type of bolt and nut type uses an aluminum material for the mounting frame f. If a mounting hole i is drilled in the horizontal plate part h', the alumite surface treatment layer of the same frame f will be damaged, and corrosion will easily occur from the exposed bare surface, as shown in the figure. Gotoku mounting leg h
If the leg length of the solar panel is short due to design, the ceiling height of the horizontal plate part h' will be low, and it will be difficult to screw the nuts onto the bolts and tighten them. The problem was that a considerable amount of labor and time had to be spent on the installation work, and this was especially noticeable when working at high places.

Therefore, in view of the above-mentioned conventional difficulties, the present invention uses a mounting frame with a unique cross-sectional shape, and
It is possible to solve the above-mentioned difficulties and easily correct the mounting angle of the solar cell panel by arranging appropriate structural members attached to the bolts for tightening in the proper places. , is its purpose.

Hereinafter, in detail with reference to FIG. 2 showing an embodiment of the present invention, the mounting frame 1 has an upper fitting groove 2 opened inward to engage the solar cell panel A as described above. This is the same as the conventional example, but from both inner and outer ends of the intermediate receiving piece 3 forming the same groove 2, leg pieces 4, 4 each having an L-shaped cross section extend downward to face each other in an inwardly bent state. This creates an insertion gap 5 defined by the intermediate receiving piece 3 and the leg pieces 4, 4, and between the horizontal bottom pieces 4', 4' of the leg pieces 4, 4.
forms an open mounting piece storage cavity 6.

Furthermore, the mounting piece storage cavity 6 stores a mounting piece 7 as shown in FIG. If so, store it in the storage cavity 6 in advance when assembling the mounting frame 1,
If the single bolt hole 8 is small as shown in Figure b, the mounting piece 7 is inserted into the mounting piece storage cavity 6 from the insertion gap 5 along its width W, and rotated by 90°. Therefore, it is sufficient to straddle the horizontal bottom pieces 4', 4' with the ends in the length L direction prevented from coming off.

Here, a square nut (not shown) can be used as the above-mentioned mounting piece 7, and in this case, the square nut is inserted from the insertion gap 5 in the thickness direction into the mounting storage cavity 6.
By inserting the nut into the hole and rotating it through 90 degrees, the nut can be placed on the horizontal bottom pieces 4', 4' in a non-rotating state, and the mounting shown in FIG. 3a above can be done. The piece 7 is also housed in the cavity 6 in a non-rotating state.

Furthermore, in the present application, a mounting bolt 9 is prepared, and the diameter of the bolt 9 is such that it can be inserted into the insertion gap 5 and screwed into the bolt hole 8 of the mounting piece 7. A tightening nut 10 is screwed into 9.

Therefore, in order to use the structure described above and attach it to the installation part 11 of a pedestal, etc., as shown in Fig. The inserted mounting bolt 9 is screwed into the bolt hole 8 of the mounting piece 7 through the insertion gap 5, and the tightening nut 10 previously screwed into the intermediate position of the mounting bolt 9 is inserted into the installation part. It is sufficient to fasten and fix it to the back side of 11.

As explained above, the present invention has a mounting frame 1 in which a solar panel A is fitted into an upper fitting groove 2.
There is an insertion gap 5 in the center of the lower end of the lower part.
A mounting piece storage cavity 6 with an opening is formed, and the bolt hole 8 of the mounting piece 7 stored and mounted in the storage cavity 6 is connected to the mounting hole 12 of the installation part 11 on which the mounting frame 1 is placed. At the same time, the mounting bolt 9 inserted from the mounting bolt 9 is screwed into the mounting bolt 9, and the tightening nut 10 threaded onto the mounting bolt 9 is fastened to the back surface of the installation part 11. If you match the hole k with the hole k, there is no need to take into consideration the installation work.
This means that the mounting bolt 9 only needs to be drilled without coming off from the insertion gap 5, and the mounting bolt 9 only needs to be screwed into the bolt hole 8 of the mounting piece 7 stored in the mounting piece storage cavity 6 in advance, as in the conventional example. You can work efficiently without having to worry about screwing bolts and nuts l together, and since the subsequent tightening of the tightening force nut 10 can be performed from the back side of the installation part 11, the work is easy and sufficient. It is possible to provide a strong tightening force.

Moreover, by loosening this easy-to-operate tightening nut 10, the mounting frame 1 and the installation part 11 can be
By inserting a spacer (not shown) between the two and then tightening the nut 10, the mounting angle of the solar panel can be adjusted with a simple and quick operation. Since there is no need to make holes in the frame 1, the alumite treatment layer and the like will not be damaged, and unintentional corrosion caused by the frame 1 can be avoided.
