"Problems to be Solved by the Invention" However, the side part 10 of the protruding wall of the above-mentioned conventional building
The decorative frame 14 that covers the surface and the corner 12 of the wall is usually made of a flexible thin plate 18 made of natural wood or a thin sheet made of synthetic resin material because of its low cost and easy availability. It is often formed using coated decorative plywood 20, and in such cases, using conventional techniques, various material constraints are involved, and the decorative frame body manufactured using the decorative plywood 20 cannot be manufactured using the decorative plywood 20. 14, even if the shape is highly decorative at most, two V-grooves 22 are vertically cut adjacent to each other and parallel to each other on the back surface of the decorative plywood 20 as shown in FIG. The plywood 20 is folded into an L-shape toward the back side of the decorative plywood 20 along each of the V-grooves 22 so that the inner wall surfaces 24 of each V-groove are overlapped with each other. The L has a structure in which the side inner wall surfaces 24 of each of the V grooves stacked on top of each other are bonded to each other using an adhesive.
The outer wall surface of the corner portion 16 bent into a letter shape is simply chamfered diagonally, or as shown in FIG. A number of narrow grooves 28 are vertically cut in parallel at small intervals on the bottom surface of the deep groove 26, and the decorative plywood 20 is cut along the vertically cut deep grooves 26, each of the plurality of narrow grooves. 28
The decorative plywood 20 is formed by bending it in an L-shape toward the back side so as to eliminate the internal space, and the outer part of the corner part 16 bent into an L-shape forms an arc. Only simple and uniform shapes could be mass-produced.

It should be noted that conventionally, as shown in FIG.
There is also a decorative frame 14 that can be manufactured and formed in mass production using conventional technology, which has a complicated and unique decorative process applied to the outer wall surface of the corner portion 16 forming a letter shape. Since 14 uses a large amount of natural wood, the cost is significantly higher than the above-mentioned decorative frame 14 using cheap and easily available decorative plywood 20. Not suitable for

In addition, another method for manufacturing a decorative frame for architecture according to the present invention is as follows:
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, grooves 22 are cut vertically on the back surface of the decorative plywood 20 whose surface is covered with a flexible thin plate 18 or sheet, and the decorative plywood 20 is Groove 22
Along the section, the inner wall surfaces 24 of the V-groove are overlapped with each other, and bent into an L shape toward the back side of the decorative plywood 20. Part 1 where both inner wall surfaces 24 are bonded to each other using adhesive
Along the inner wall surface 32 of 6, the inner wall surface 3 of the corner part
2, the angle formed between the adjacent outer wall surfaces 34a and 34b that are brought into contact with the decorative plywood corresponds to the bending angle along the groove portion of the decorative plywood, and a reinforcing material 36 is attached using adhesive, etc. After fixing, the outer wall surface of the corner portion 16 of the above-mentioned L-shaped decorative plywood is chamfered diagonally, and used as a decorative member 40 along the chamfered surface 38 of the corner portion. After the plate material 42 is attached, decorative processing such as various three-dimensional patterns is applied to the outer peripheral wall of the plate material 42 to form the decorative frame body 14 made of the decorative plywood 20.

"Function" Then, in the manufacturing method of the architectural decorative frame body of the present invention (hereinafter simply referred to as the manufacturing method), in both the above-mentioned former and latter manufacturing methods, Along the inner wall surface 32 of the corner portion 16 of the curved decorative plywood 20, the angle formed between the adjacent outer wall surfaces 34a and 34b that are brought into contact with the inner wall surface 32 of the corner portion is the angle of the decorative plywood 20 described above. A corner portion 16 of the decorative plywood is formed by bending it into an L shape after fixing the reinforcing material 36 with an adhesive or the like, which corresponds to the bending angle along the groove 22 portion.
Since the outer wall surface of the holder is chamfered diagonally, it is simply bent into an L-shape along the V-groove 22 portion, and
Compared to the case where the outer wall surface of the corner portion 16 of the decorative plywood 20 is only bonded between the inner wall surfaces 24 of the mutually overlapping grooves 22 with adhesive, the L Corner part 1 of decorative plywood 20 bent into a letter shape
When chamfering the outer wall surface of No. 6, even if a force is applied between the left and right decorative plywood boards 20 by sandwiching the bent portion to break the mutual bonding state, the L-shaped There is no risk that the decorative plywood 20 which has been bent in such a way that it will not be able to maintain its bonded state and collapse into a flat plate shape or the like.

In addition, both the former and latter manufacturing methods of the present invention,
Along the inner wall surface 32 of the corner portion 16 of the decorative plywood 20 bent into an L-shape along two portions, each adjacent outer wall surface 34a, 3 is brought into contact with the inner wall surface 32 of the corner portion.
A reinforcing material 36 whose angle formed between 4b matches the bending angle along the groove 22 portion of the above decorative plywood 20 is fixed by using an adhesive, etc., and the V groove 22 portion is fixed. Since the mutual bonding area between the left and right decorative plywood 20 is increased by sandwiching the V-groove 22 portion, even if a thin member is used for the decorative plywood 20, the left and right decorative plywood 20 can be fixed by sandwiching the V-groove 22 portion. It is possible to form a strong decorative frame body 14 in which a sufficient mutual fixing area is secured between the frames and whose bent portions do not easily collapse into a flat plate shape or the like.

Furthermore, in both the former and latter manufacturing methods of the present invention, when attaching the decorative member 40 and the plate material 42 used for the decorative member to the outer wall surface of the corner portion 16 of the decorative plywood 20 bent into an L shape, The outer wall surface of the corner part 16 of the decorative plywood is chamfered diagonally, and the decorative member 40 and the plate material 4 used for the decorative member are cut along the chamfered corner part 38.
As shown in FIG. 12, a deep V is formed inwardly along the outer wall surface of the corner portion 16 of the decorative plywood 20 bent into an L-shape, as shown in FIG. A decorative member 40 or a plate material 42 used for the decorative member is attached along the inside of the groove 38a to form a decoration 9.
Compared to the case where the frame 14 is formed, the joining area between the cylinder inner side 11A4 of the groove 22 of the corner part 16 of the decorative plywood is significantly reduced, and each of the left and right decorations is sandwiched between the groove 22 part. The decorative member 40 and the plate material 42 used for the decorative member can be attached to the outer wall surface of the corner portion 16 of the decorative plywood without destabilizing the bonding state between the plywood 20. A groove 38a is deeply carved in a V-shape or the like along the outer wall surface of the portion 16 toward the inside of the corner portion, and a decorative member 40 or a plate material 42 used for the decorative member is attached along the inside of the groove 38a. Compared to the case where the decorative υ frame 14 is formed using the decorative plywood, the thickness of the decorative member 40 attached along the outer wall surface of the corner portion 16 of the decorative plywood and the plate material 42 used for the decorative member 40 can be made thinner, and the decorative member 40 and the board material 42 can be saved, and when the decorative member 40 and the board material 42 are attached along the processed surface 38 of the corner part of the decorative plywood, the decorative member 4 can be saved.
0 and the plate material 42 can be made thinner, the decorative member 40

A U-shaped deep groove 48 was cut vertically along the back surface of the thin plate 18, and on the bottom of the deep groove 48, a number of small width grooves 28 reaching near the surface of the thin plate 18 were cut vertically at small intervals. After that, the decorative plywood 20 is cut into an L-shape toward the back side of the decorative plywood along the V-groove 22 portion carved on the back surface of the decorative plywood so that both inner wall surfaces 24 of the V-groove are overlapped with each other. While bending, the two inner wall surfaces 24 of the V-groove, which are overlapped with each other, are bonded to each other using an adhesive. At the same time, the decorative plywood 20 is moved toward the back side of the decorative plywood along the deep grooves 48 in which a number of narrow grooves 28 are carved on the bottom surface, so as to eliminate the space inside the winter width grooves 28. The inner wall surface 52a of the shallow groove 46 on the back surface of the same decorative plywood is brought into contact with the surface of one side edge 50 of the deep groove 48 on the back surface of the decorative plywood 20, and the The inner wall surface 52a of the shallow groove 46 and the surface of the side edge 50 of the deep groove 48 on the back side of the decorative plywood on which the inner wall surface is hooked, and the bottom surface of the shallow groove 46 abuts. The inner wall surface 52b of the deep groove 48 is bonded to the inner wall surface 52b using an adhesive. Next, along the inner wall surface 32 of the corner portion 16 of the decorative plywood 20 bent into an L-shape along the groove 22 portion shown above, each adjacent outer side is brought into contact with the inner wall surface 32 of the corner portion. A band-shaped reinforcing material of a predetermined width made of a board material made of sawdust compacted into a solid shape, where the angle formed between the wall surfaces 34a and 34b matches the bending angle along the V-groove 22 portion of the decorative plywood 20 above. 36 using an adhesive, abut the inner wall surface 52a of the above shallow groove 46, and fold it into an L shape from the back side of the snake decorative plywood 20 along the above groove 22. The recess 54 on the back side of the decorative plywood between the curved corner 16 and the inner wall surface is filled with reinforcing material 36, and the height of the entire back side of one decorative plywood 20 bent into an L-shape is increased. The inner wall surface 52a of the shallow groove 4& is made to match the height of the back surface portion of the decorative plywood 20 which is abutted and engaged. Thereafter, the outer wall surface of the corner portion 16 of the decorative plywood bent into an L-shape along the V-groove 22 portion is chamfered diagonally, and the chamfer is cut as shown in FIG. Along the processed surface 38, a strip-shaped decorative member 40 decorated with various three-dimensional patterns or the like is attached to the outer peripheral wall using an adhesive or the like, or as shown in FIG. "Effects of the Invention" As explained above, in the manufacturing method of the present invention, the reinforcing material is fixed along the inner wall surface of the corner part of the decorative plywood that is bent into an L shape along the V-groove part. After increasing the holding power of the bent state of the L-shaped portion of the decorative plywood, the outer wall surface of the corner portion of the decorative plywood was chamfered diagonally, which improved the L-shape. When cutting the outer wall surface of the corner of the decorative plywood that has been bent,
There is no risk that the decorative plywood part bent into an L-shape will not be able to maintain its bent state and collapse into a flat plate shape or the like.

Furthermore, in the manufacturing method of the present invention, when attaching a decorative member or a plate material used for a decorative member along the outer wall surface of the corner portion of the decorative plywood that is bent into an L-shape along the V-groove portion, , the outer wall surface of the corner of the decorative plywood is chamfered diagonally, and a decorative member or board material used for the decorative member is attached along the chamfered surface, and the corner of the decorative plywood is In order to keep the amount of scraping off of the outside wall surface to a minimum, we narrowed the bonding area between the left and right decorative plywood sheets bent into an L-shape by sandwiching the V-groove portion to destabilize their adhesion. Decorative members and board materials used for decorative members can be attached to the outer wall surface of the corner portion of the decorative plywood without any scratches, and the cut-off outer wall surface portion of the corner portion of the decorative plywood can be filled in to form a curved shape. Decorative members attached to the outer wall surfaces of the corners of decorative plywood bent into shapes and boards used for decorative members can be made thinner to save resources. When attaching decorative members or board materials used for decorative members along the outer wall surface, the thickness of the decorative member or board material can be made thinner, allowing the decorative members or board materials to blend well with the outer wall surface of the corner area. The entirety of the decorative member or plate material can be tightly adhered to the outer wall surface of the corner portion of the decorative plywood so that it cannot be easily peeled off.

In addition, in the manufacturing method of the present invention, a piece of decorative plywood is
In order to integrally form the decorative frame using only one piece of decorative plywood, by bending it into an L-shape along the grooves carved on the back side, two or more sheets of decorative plywood are combined into an L-shape. Compared to the case where a decorative frame is formed by butting the left and right decorative plywood boards together in a shape, when forming a decorative frame, the laborious work of butting the left and right decorative plywood boards together by holding the L-shaped corners of the frame is much easier. There is no need to do
By using the manufacturing method of the present invention, decorative frames can be manufactured and formed in mass production using conventional woodworking equipment.
