めのカースピーカの取付構造において、スピーカユニツトのヨーク底面側に形成された
ネジ孔と、該ネジ孔に螺入されるボルト部材と、
該ボルト部材が貫通すべき挿通孔を有し、上記取
付孔の口縁背面側に当接されるような当接部を備
えた取付金具と、上記ボルト部材に螺入されるナ
