First, a conventional example of this type of container will be explained with reference to FIG. The container 1 in FIG. 1 is a two-piece container, with a cylindrical body 2 and an upper wall 3 integrally formed, and a bottom wall 4.
is the body part 2 at the caulked part 5 formed on the outer peripheral edge.
Fixed. The upper wall 3 has an opening 6 in the center and is generally tapered so that the outer peripheral edge 7 is lowered. However, in the case of the container 1 shown in FIG.
Since it continues to the upper edge, when the caulked part 5' (bottom edge) of another container 1', shown by the two-dot chain line, is placed on the outer peripheral edge 7, the part 5' will slide off the outer peripheral edge 7.
In this way, in the conventional example shown in Fig. 1, containers 1 and 1' cannot be stacked, so when displaying at a store, it may be more effective to stack containers 1 and 1'. First, there is a problem in that the only way to display the containers 1 is to place them side by side on the stand 9 as shown by the solid line. On the other hand, although stacking is possible with the conventional three-piece container 10 as shown in FIG. 2, there are problems as described below. That is, the container 10 includes a top wall 11, a body 12, and a bottom wall 13 separately, and the outer peripheral edges of the top wall 11 and bottom wall 13 are fixed to the upper and lower edges of the body 12 at caulked portions 15 and 16, respectively. has been done. In this construction, the caulking portion 15 projects upwardly more than its radially inwardly adjacent upper wall portion 17, so that the portion 15 can support the bottom edge 16 of the upper container 10' and thus the container 1
0,10' can be stacked. However, in the case of the container 10, when the part 15 is caulked, the mold presses down the part 17 greatly, so a deep groove 19 is formed with the part 17 as the bottom wall.
It is easy for dust to accumulate on the surface, which is unfavorable from an aesthetic and hygienic standpoint. Furthermore, since the groove 19 is deep, it is impossible to completely wipe away dust and the like within the groove 19 using a cloth or the like.

In FIG. 3, which is a partially cutaway front view, the same reference numerals as those in FIG. 1 indicate corresponding parts.
Both containers 1 and 1' have the same structure and are made of metal plates such as aluminum or iron.
As clearly shown in the case of the container 1', the bottom wall 4 is, for example, partially spherical with a high central portion, and the caulking portion 5 is located at the lowest point of the container 1'. The body 2 has, for example, a straight cylindrical shape, and its upper edge is integrally continuous with the outer peripheral edge 21 of the upper wall 20. The upper wall 20 is provided with a vertical, substantially cylindrical base 22 in an upwardly protruding position. When displayed at a store, a cap (not shown) is attached to the cap 22 to close the opening 6 inside the cap 22. An annular portion 23 between the base 22 and the outer peripheral edge 21 of the upper wall 20 is formed into a tapered shape (or a curved cross-sectional shape) that becomes lower as it approaches the outer peripheral edge 21. The outer peripheral edge 21 is horizontal, and its upper surface forms a step A with respect to the tapered portion 23, and the caulking portion 5 (bottom edge) of the container 1' is placed on the step A, A of the containers 1, 1. You can ride it. Above mentioned upper wall 2
0 and the body 2 integral therewith are formed by drawing or impact pressing.

The containers 1, 1 are arranged side by side on a table 9 with an interval L between them, and one container 1' and two containers 1, 1 are placed on top of the steps A, A in a state where they are straddled. . The distance L is set to a value slightly smaller than the outside D of the body of the container 1', and as shown in FIG. 4, which is a view from the - arrow in FIG. It rests on the steps A, A of the containers 1, 1 at two arcuate sections a, a facing each other with the vertical center line O in between.

FIG. 5, which is a perspective view, shows a plate 25 for setting and maintaining the container spacing L at a predetermined value. The plate 25 is made of synthetic resin, for example, and is placed on the stand 9, and has holes 26, 26 spaced apart from each other by a constant distance L, into which the bottoms of the containers 1, 1 fit.

As explained above, according to the present invention, the upper wall 20
, a body part 2 and a bottom wall 4 are provided, the top wall 20 and the body part 2 are formed of an integral member, the body part 2 and the bottom wall 4 are formed of mutually separate members, and the bottom wall 4 is The outer peripheral edge and the lower edge of the body 2 are fixed by a caulking part 5, and a part 5 other than the caulking part of the bottom wall 4 is fixed by the caulking part 5.
The upper wall 20 is positioned closer to the upper wall 20, and the upper wall 20 is formed to become lower as it approaches the outer periphery, and the annular outer periphery 21 of the upper wall 20, which is integrally continuous with the upper edge of the body 2, is generally horizontal and Forming a flat step A,
The container is characterized in that the outer peripheral edge 21 of the upper wall 20 forms a seating part on which the caulking part 5 of another container is seated.

In this way, the outer peripheral edge 21 forms a generally horizontal and flat stepped portion A, and the caulked portion 5 of the bottom outer periphery of another container is seated on the stepped portion A, and the bottom wall other than the caulked portion 5 Since the portion is recessed upward, the caulking portion 5 of the container 1' can be stably seated on the stepped portion A of the container 1. Therefore, when displaying at a store, the containers 1 and 1' can be stacked to enhance the display effect.

In addition, since the stepped portion A is generally flat and there is no need to form deep grooves in the stepped portion A as in the three-piece container shown in Fig. 2, there is little risk of dust etc. accumulating in the stepped portion A. Even if dust or the like accumulates, it can be easily wiped off with a rag or the like. Therefore, the containers 1, 1' can be displayed in a beautiful and clean state.

As in the embodiment shown in FIG. 5, the perforated plate 2 is
5, the container interval L can be easily and reliably set and maintained at a predetermined value, simplifying the display work of the containers 1, 1', and also
1' can be reliably prevented from shifting or collapsing.

In addition, when embodying the present invention, the shape of the stepped portion A may be made as shown in FIG. 6. In Fig. 6, step A is almost entirely horizontal and flat;
A low upward protrusion 29 having a height H of, for example, about 0.5 mm is provided in an annular shape only on the outer peripheral edge. 6th
When the container 1 shown in the figure is arranged as shown in FIG. Since it contacts A only at four points b (circular sections a, both ends of a), containers 1 and 1' in Fig. 3
The contact friction force is greater than that when the containers 1 and 1' are stacked, and the containers 1 and 1' can be stacked in a more stable state. Since the protrusion 29 is low as shown in FIG. 6, there is little possibility that dust or the like will remain on the stepped portion A, and even if it does, the dust or the like can be easily wiped off with a cloth or the like. The container 1 shown in FIG. 6 can also be formed by drawing or impact pressing.

It is sufficient that the stepped portion A is generally horizontal and flat, and the entire stepped portion A in FIG. It can also be molded.

The display format can be changed in various ways, such as arranging a large number of containers 1 in one or more rows on the stand 9 at regular intervals L, and straddling two, three, or four adjacent containers 1. It is also possible to stack the containers 1' in a stacked manner. In that case, plate 2 in Figure 5
5, a large plate with a large number of holes can also be used.
