光を受光することによつて試料の測定を行なう装
置において、試料からの反射光を受光して外部に
導くオプテイカルフアイバの光導出側に、オプテ
イカルフアイバの開口角を直接的または間接的に
、かつ同心円的に規制する遮光部材を取付け、さ
らに遮光部材を通過した光を入力として試料の反
射光強度を検出する検出部を取付けていることを
