て計測部の回転トルクの増大を知る構成の一例を
示すブロツク図、第５図は主動磁石と従動磁石間
に生じた位相差の一例を示す図、第６図はピツク
アツプを用いてマグネツトカツプリングの磁石の
回転を利用して被測流体の流量計測を行なう構成

- 回転体の被測流体の流量に対応した回転を流量
計測を行なう計測部に伝達するマグネツトカツプ
リングを設けてなる流量計において、該マグネツ
トカツプリングの磁石の回転検出を行なうピツク
アツプを設けてなる流量計。
