ヤツプ１５を設け、このキヤツプ１５とスターラ
フアン７の軸受け１４間の重力方向の上記キヤツ
プ１５上に回転軸と同心円状に少なくとも３個以
上の複数個の突起１６を設け、この突起１６によ
り軸受け１４を回転自在に支持するようにしたこ
