Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate a problem that a synthetic resin flange like member is revolved or the same is deviated along a synthetic rein wire, by a method wherein the flange like member is unified with the wire by protruding the flange like member in a circumferential direction and a protrusion is formed respectively on the wire in each of the flange like members. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic resin wire 1 is introduced into a mold 3 of an injection molding machine by accommodating the wire 1 to a wire-piercing groove 33 provided on a split mold 31. Then the inside of the mold 3 is made to turn into an airtight state under a state wherein the wire 1 is pierced through by blockading the split mold 31. On this occasion, the wire 1 is pressed and deformed by placing between the tip parts of pins 34 provided in a protruded state by facing each other within a cavity part 32 of the split mold 31 and protrusions 11 are formed on the wire 1. After the split mold 31 has been blockaded, the inside of the cavity 32 is filled appropriately with molten synthetic resin such as polyvinyl chloride or polypropylene or polyethylene or polyethylene terephthalate and a wire 1 is molded. Then the flange like member 2 is led outside of the mold 3 by releasing the split mold 31 and moving the wire 1 appropriately in a longitudinal direction. The flange like members 2... are molded in order continuously on the wire 1 unitarily by repeating an action like this.

(Prior Art) Conventionally, as a synthetic resin wire material having a flanged body, for example, as disclosed in Utility Model Application No. 151583/1983 previously filed by the present applicant, a synthetic resin wire material having a flanged body is provided with predetermined intervals along its length. There is a supporting material for wood sardines, which has hooking parts protruding in the circumferential direction of the wire and is formed into a trap so that the wood can be propped up between the latching parts of the wire.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, in the above-mentioned supporting material for Hoda wood, when force is applied to the hooking part, the fixing strength such as the welding force or adhesive force of the hooking part to the wire rod is insufficient and the pressure is applied. It has been found that there is a problem in that the stop part tends to shift along the wire. As a solution to this problem, the applicant tried to prevent the hanging part from shifting by pressing and deforming the parts located at both outer ends of the hanging part of the wire rod, but the suppressed deformation part of the wire rod was visible from the outside, so it was difficult to see. In addition to the poor quality of the wire, only wire rods that were easy to break could be obtained from this part. Furthermore, since the wire rod is pressed and deformed separately from the formation of the hooking portion, there is a problem in that manufacturing efficiency is poor.

(Effects of the Invention) As detailed above, in the synthetic resin wire rod having a flanged body of the present invention, the synthetic resin flanged body is integrated into the synthetic resin wire rod and protrudes in the circumferential direction of the wire rod, and the wire rod in each flanged body is integrated with the synthetic resin wire rod. Since the protrusion is formed, the flanged body does not rotate or get stuck on the wire rod and slips off. Furthermore, since the protrusion of the wire rod is not visible from the outside, it looks good and is different from conventional There is no need to worry about it breaking at the boundary between the wire and the brim.

Further, according to the manufacturing method of the present invention, the wire rod is compressed and deformed in a mold of an injection molding machine to form a flanged body that protrudes in the circumferential direction of the wire rod, and the flanged body is successively integrated with the wire rod. Since it is formed by molding, manufacturing efficiency is high, and there is no need to align the flanges with the protrusions of the wire, so products of consistently stable quality can be produced.

Furthermore, since both the wire rod and the flanged body can be made into a wide variety of shapes and strengths, it is possible to easily provide products tailored to the application.
