Claims (1)
- 回転可能に固定されたローラ状のプラテンの胴
壁面に対向して固定されプラテンの両端寄りに対
応する部位に通孔を有する固定プレートと、平板
状のサーマルヘツドと対面した状態でサーマルヘ
ツドを支持する板状のヘツドホルダと、前記固定
プレートの２つの通孔から挿通されサーマルヘツ
ドがプラテンの胴壁面と対向するよう前記ヘツド
ホルダを支持する２つの柱状の支持具と、ヘツド
ホルダと固定プレートとの間にこれら両者に対向
して配され固定プレートの２つの通孔に対応する
部位に前記両支持具をそれぞれ挿通するための通
孔を有する調芯プレートと、両支持具にそれぞれ
巻回され前記調芯プレートをヘツドホルダ方向に
押圧するばねを備え、調芯プレートのプラテン中
央部に対応部位にねじ孔を設け、このねじ孔にヘ
ツドホルダの調芯プレート側の面に当接してサー
マルヘツドを感熱紙を介してプラテンの胴壁面圧
接させるための調整ねじを螺合させるとともに、
固定プレートの前記調整ねじに対応する部位に、
調整ねじの調芯プレートからヘツドホルダに向か
つて突出する突出長さを調整するための調整窓を
設けたことを特徴とするプリンターのサーマルヘ
ツド圧着力調整機構。
