Claims

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 流出入ポートを有したケーシングと、この
ケーシングに支持された入出力用の回転軸と、こ
の回転軸に一体回転可能に設けられたトルクプレ
ートと、このトルクプレートの回転中心と交わる
傾斜軸心回りに回転可能に設けられ前記傾斜軸心
に平行な複数のシリンダ穴を前記トルクプレート
に向けて開口させたシリンダブロツクと、このシ
リンダブロツクの各シリンダ穴にスライド可能に
嵌着されるとともにその反シリンダブロツク側の
球面端部を前記トルクプレートに設けた球面受座
に回動可能に嵌合させた複数のピストンと、前記
シリンダブロツクの反トルクプレート側の端面に
添接すべくケーシングに設けられ前記流出入ポー
トと前記各シリンダ穴とを接続するための接続ポ
ートを有してなるバルブ面とを具備してなるピス
トンポンプまたはモータであつて、前記ピストン
を前記トルクプレートに向けて付勢するバネを、
少なくともその一端を前記ピストンの球面端部に
係着させて設けたことを特徴とするピストンポン
