Claims (5)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）シリンダ内ピストン部の摺動によって発生される
    減衰力を調整するコントロールバルブを作動し得るよう
    に形成されてなるコントロールバルブのアクチュエータ
    において、当該アクチュエータは圧電効果具有部材と、
    当該圧電効果具有部材のひずみを拡大する梃子部材とか
    らなることを特徴とするコントロールバルブのアクチュ
    エータ。
  2. （２）梃子部材は複数の槓杆を連設してなる実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項記載のコントロールバルブのアクチ
    ュエータ。
  3. （３）梃子部材は複数積層されてなると共に、各挺子部
    材に圧電効果具有部材が装備されてなる実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項記載のコントロールバルブのアクチュエ
    ータ。
  4. （４）梃子部材の先端変位運動がコントロールバルブを
    摺動させるように伝達される実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項記載のコントロールバルブのアクチュエータ。
  5. （５）梃子部材の先端変位運動がコントロールバルブを
    回動させるように伝達される実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項記載のコントロールバルブのアクチュエータ。
