Claims (1)
ズル外周より注入し混合状態で所定個所に吹付施
工する吹付ノズルにおいて、ノズル本体に設けた
水添加用の水イコライザ環と尖端ノズルとの中間
部に送気管に連結するハウジングを周設し、その
内部には旋回溝を刻設したラセン中子を密嵌しこ
の前位にノズル本体内へ通ずる旋回気流吹込スリ
ツトを設けて旋回気流吹込部を形成し、さらにノ
ズル本体内には軸心に沿つて、基端側で送気管に
連結し、尖端ノズル側を自由端にすると共に、そ
の前半部は複数条の切込み又はスリツトを施して
複数の短冊片を形成した可撓通気管を設けた構造
であつて、上記旋回気流吹込部より混水耐火材中
に旋回気流を吹き込んで旋回運動を付与し同時に
可撓通気管に圧縮空気を吹き込んで各短冊片を波
動させ、これらの協働により均一な混水混和状態
にて吹付旋工を可能とする構成としたことを特徴
