(Prior art) In the concrete pouring method, the metal rods of the formwork fastening fittings are inserted into the opposing formwork panels, and the ends of the formwork panels are connected with end fittings formed at the ends protruding outside. Assemble the formwork while maintaining the mutual spacing between the opposing formwork panels by screwing the end support bracket onto the male thread as a part, and after pouring concrete, remove the end support metal fitting and then attach both formwork panels. The external threaded parts protruding from the concrete surface were removed and broken off with a hammer. Finally, the concrete surface was corrected and decorated to construct the wall, and external scaffolding was used to assemble the outer formwork panels. Conventional panels for concrete formwork are usually made of 12-tsuru plywood with metal rod insertion holes provided therein.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, in the conventional pouring method using panels for concrete formwork as described above, the end pieces are assembled by screwing the end support fittings on both the inner and outer formwork panels. Therefore, an external scaffold for work is required to assemble the edges and thickness of the outer formwork panels, and this external scaffolding is used to remove the opposing formwork panel after concrete pouring, and to modify the concrete surface and make decorations. It is also used for tasks such as To do this, unless adjacent land is rented, it is necessary to leave at least several tens of centimeters of work space from the boundary line with the adjacent land, which means that expensive raw wood, which can be found in urban areas, cannot be used effectively. Therefore, when carrying out concrete pouring work in close proximity to neighboring land, troubles may arise regarding the leased land, and there are various problems such as the construction work being unable to proceed.

(Means for Solving the Invention) The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems and provides a concrete formwork panel for construction that allows concrete buildings to be constructed close to the boundary line with the neighboring land without relying on the neighboring land. It was completed for this purpose, and is characterized by having a plurality of connecting fittings arranged on the inner surface of the panel body, and one end of a formwork fastening fitting being detachably connected to the connecting fittings.

(Embodiment) Next, the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to the illustrated embodiment. (1) is an arbitrary hard material formed as a decorative surface (2) whose outer surface is sufficient to be used as an exterior surface as needed. The panel body (1) has connecting fittings (3) such as nuts on the inner surface thereof at intervals of about 20 to 60 mm, for example, according to the strength of the panel body (1). Multiple units are installed. Note that the means for arranging this connecting fitting (3) on the inner surface side of the panel body (1) is not particularly limited, and for example, as in the first embodiment shown in FIGS. If the main body (1) is made of lightweight aerated concrete with a built-in reinforcing core material (4) such as a reinforcing core lath mesh or reinforcing bar, the connecting fitting (3) is used as an embedded nut and its base is attached to the reinforcing core material. (4), and if the panel body (1) is made of decorative plywood or asbestos board as in the second embodiment shown in FIG. ) is used as a flanged napht, and its flanges are glued or riveted to the inner surface of the panel, and the panel body (1) is shaped like a wave as shown in the third and fourth embodiments shown in FIGS. 5 and 6. If it is made of steel plate, the base of the connecting metal fitting (3) is welded to the bottom of the groove as a flange (7), or the connecting metal fitting (3) is used as a locking rod and stretched by welding between the grooves. Various means are possible. In addition,
The spacing of the connecting fittings (3) is determined by taking into account the strength of the panel body + 1) and the fact that there is no thick assembly on the outside of the panel body (11). ) is reinforced, connect the connecting fittings (3), (3
) are wide, and as in the second embodiment, the panel body (1
) is thin and plate-like, it becomes narrower. (5) is a formwork fastening fitting whose one end is removably connected to the connecting fitting (3), and the formwork fastening fitting (5) has one end connected to the nut serving as the connecting fitting (3). A metal rod (5a) formed in the connecting part (5b), such as a male screw with a stopper that can be screwed in, or a hook that can be freely engaged and detached from the locking rod as the connecting fitting.
The other end has a male screw (5c) that can be inserted into the push-in hole (7) of a normal formwork panel (6), similar to the end of a known formwork fastener.
) and a pull-out stopper (5d) located at its base.
(c) to which the end support fitting (8) can be screwed. In Fig. 2, (9) connects the two panel bodies (1), (1) with their formwork fastening fittings (5), (5).
), and the illustrated connecting fitting (9) has an insertion hole (9a) through which one end of the metal rod (5a) is inserted, and a notch through which one end of the metal rod (5a) can be connected and disconnected. (9b).

(Function) As shown in Fig. 3, the panel body (1) is placed close to the boundary line (22) with the adjacent land where the existing building (21) is located. The other end of a formwork fastening fitting (5) is erected so as to be on the adjacent land side, and one end is connected to a connecting fitting (3) arranged on the inner surface side of the panel body (1). A well-known formwork panel (6) made of I2mm plywood or the like is erected to face the panel body (1) so that the male screw (5C) can be inserted into the insertion hole (7). Surround the reinforcing bars, etc. that are built into the space between
After connecting and fixing the ends, fit the end piece a into the end piece holder (8), insert the wedge (11) into the end piece holder (8), tighten the end piece a, and complete the formwork. If you configure the panel body (
1) and the formwork panel (6), a certain distance will be appropriately formed. After the formwork is constructed by the panel body (1) and the formwork panel (6) in this way, concrete is poured between the panel body 1 (1) and the formwork panel (6), and after pouring, the wedge (11 ) and remove the end material Ql, and then remove the end support fitting (8) and formwork panel (6) by releasing the fixation by the slot and throat (12) of the end support fitting connection part (5e). Once removed, a concrete wall with the panel main body (1) attached to its outer surface will be constructed. In this way, there is no need to assemble the end pieces on the outside of the panel body (1), and there is no need to provide a gap for this purpose, so it is possible to construct it close to the boundary line (22), and the panel body (1)
) This formwork is designed so that work can be done from inside, so there is no need for external scaffolding for work. In this way, in the past, external scaffolding was used to modify concrete walls, add decorations, and other finishing touches, but in the present invention, the outer surface of the panel body (1) can be used as a decorative surface (2) that can be used as an exterior surface. Once formed, there is no need for post-finishing. Furthermore, even if there is an existing building on the adjacent land, it can be built close to the boundary line, and since there is no need for external scaffolding, there is no need to leave a gap between the building and the adjacent land, making the use of expensive land more effective. Available. Moreover, one end of the formwork fastening fitting (5) is removably connected to the connecting fitting (3) provided on the inner surface of the panel body (1). Since the formwork fastening fittings (5) can be removed from the panel body (1) and the two can be connected at the site, they can be stored and transported without tension.

(Effects of the Invention) As is clear from the above description, the present invention can be used for one of the opposing formwork panels during formwork assembly in the concrete pouring method, so that the formwork can be removed after the formwork is disassembled after concrete pouring. Concrete formwork panels for construction that can be used with a new concrete pouring method that only requires finishing on one side.
