Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 厚み方向に貫通する貫通孔を有するインシ
ユレータと、このインシユレータの前記貫通孔の
まわりに配置された正特性サーミスタとを有する
ことを特徴とする半導体ヒータユニツト。 (2) 前記正特性サーミスタは、キユリー温度の
異なる複数のもので構成されることを特徴とする
実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の半導体ヒ
ータユニツト。 (3) 前記インシユレータは、厚み方向の一面側
に前記貫通孔と一致する貫通孔を有する金属板を
有し、前記正特性サーミスタはこの金属板の上に
取付けたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
囲第１項または第２項に記載の半導体ヒータユニ
ツト。 (4) 前記正特性サーミスタは、電極の一つを前
記金属板に電気的に導通させたことを特徴とする
実用新案登録請求の範囲第３項に記載の半導体ヒ
ータユニツト。
