Abstract

PURPOSE:To realize a speaker using an inexpensive diaphragm light in weight and high in rigidity by using a foaming member to a core member and applying corrugation together with a face member at forming. CONSTITUTION:The core member 1 is formed by foaming a foaming member together with the face member 2. In this case, corrugation is applied to a mold so as to apply corrugation 3 to the diaphragm comprising the core member 1 and the face member 2 at the same time of foaming. Further, the corrugation 3 can be circular, radial, elliptic, comma-shaped or spiral form.
