- 静止リングシールと回転リングシール間に微少
間隙を保ちつつリーク量を限定する限定漏洩式非
接触シールにおいて、前記微少間隙量を監視する
ために前記静止リングシール及び回転リングシー
ルの双方に非接触式のギヤツプセンサーを配設し
たことを特徴とするシールの異常検出装置。
