The connecting shafts 6a and 6b are provided with W-shaped grooves and while diaphragms 4a and 4b are compressed by applying pressure to a washer 11 and a joint 7, metals of the washer 11 and joint 7 bite into the grooves 6a and 6b, thereby coupling the diaphragms.
