Generally, in packaging bags for packaging water-containing foods, the inner surface of the bag becomes cloudy due to water mK due to moisture contained in the food or moisture adhering to the surface of the food, which adversely affects the appearance. This phenomenon is caused by the fact that the inner surface of bags generally used for packaging water-containing foods is made of polyolefin, and polyolefin is hydrophobic. In other words, in water-containing food packaging bags packaged with these packaging materials, moisture condenses as water droplets on the inner surface of the bag in response to changes in temperature, humidity, etc., and does not form evenly on the surface as fine water droplets. Due to condensation, the entire bag becomes cloudy.

Generally, a polyolefin resin is kneaded with a surfactant having relatively good compatibility with the polyolefin resin and then formed into a film, or the surfactant is coated on the inner surface of the bag.

However, if you try to package water-containing foods using a film that has been treated as above 5, it will be soft and sticky due to the surfactant, and the mechanical suitability and sealability will be poor during bag making, and even after bag making. There was a drawback that the bags were sticky and difficult to push through the packaging machine.

Furthermore, in bags made by kneading polyolefin resin with a surfactant that has relatively good compatibility with the polyolefin resin and forming a film, the surfactant tends to grease or bloom out on the outside of the bag rather than on the inside of the bag. This has the disadvantage that the anti-fogging properties of the inner surface of the bag deteriorate. In particular, when surface treatment is performed to increase adhesion with printing ink for printing on the outer surface of the bag, the above phenomenon becomes noticeable.
This not only further deteriorates the V5IIh property of the inner surface of the bag, but also impairs the adhesion between the printing ink and the outer surface of the bag, resulting in the disadvantage that peeling of the printing ink or bulging and kinging are more likely to occur.

As a result of research to solve the above problems, the present inventors coextruded multiple layers of polyolefin resin, and the inner layer of the bag was made of a mixture of polyolefin resin and a surfactant that has an antifogging effect. By forming multiple layers, it is possible to solve the drawbacks of conventional anti-fogging films, such as poor mechanical suitability and sealing suitability. It also prevents bleed-out and bloom-out of the surfactant on the outside of the bag, and allows only the inside of the bag to be coated. We have discovered that it is possible to obtain a coextruded multilayer film for packaging that has antifogging properties and has various machine and print aptitudes, and based on this knowledge, we have completed the present invention.

First, the coextruded multilayer film for packaging according to the present invention will be explained using the drawings. FIG. 1 is a sectional view showing an example of the polyolefin-based coextruded multilayer film for packaging of the present invention. This coextruded multilayer film for packaging (3) has an inner bag layer (1) made of a polyolefin resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene mixed with a surfactant that has an antifogging effect.
and a bag outer layer (2) made of a polyolefin resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene, which has a density different from that of the resin of the bag inner layer, which is not kneaded with a surfactant having an antifogging effect.
Therefore, in the present invention, the inner layer of the bag is made of polyethylene having a density of 0.917 to 0.932 yA mixed with a surfactant having an antifogging effect. When the polyethylene used for the outer layer of the bag is made of polyethylene having a higher density, particularly good antifogging properties, long-term stabilization of machine suitability and printability can be achieved. If the density of the polyethylene used for the inner layer of the bag is less than 0.917 PAr, sufficient sealing strength will not be obtained when the bag is made, and if the density is 0.932 P/m or more, the crystallinity will be too high as desired. The surfactant for developing antifogging properties cannot be cross-contaminated and has a high melting point, so the surfactant undergoes thermal decomposition during film formation, making it impossible to obtain the desired antifogging properties.

The inner layer of the bag is a polyolefin made by addition polymerizing or copolymerizing an olefin polymer kneaded with a surfactant that has an antifogging effect and an unsaturated dicarboxylic acid or its anhydride.
Good effects were also shown when the outer layer of the bag was a coextruded multilayer film made of polyolefin such as polyethylene or polypropylene.

In the above, various kinds of surfactants can be considered as the surfactant used in the bag inner layer, but one that can be particularly applied in the present invention is a nonionic surfactant. polyoxyethylene sorbicun fatty acid ester, polyoxyethylene sorbicun fatty acid f
Possible examples include i ester, polyoxine ethylene fatty acid ester, glycerin fatty acid ester, oxyethylene/oxyv propylene block polymer, polyoxyethylene alkyl ether, polyoxine ethylene alkyl phenol ether, and the like. Among these, the acid groups of fatty acid esters are generally lauric acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid, etc., but fatty acid esters with each of the above acid groups are used depending on the effect of developing an antifogging effect. The antifogging effect of ether can be adjusted by changing the number of moles of niethylene oxide added, but ethers with a number of moles of 4 to 10 are usually used.

The mixing ratio of the above nonionic surfactant to the whole is:
0.1 to 5% by weight, preferably 0.5 to 2% by weight. If the amount of nonionic surfactant is more than 5% by weight, the antifogging properties are good, but the film becomes sticky, which adversely affects the heat roll properties during bag making after film formation. Also, 0
.. If it is less than 1 weight, the desired antifogging property cannot be achieved. The method for mixing the two may be either a method of melt-blending the two in advance using a Banbury mixer or the like and adjusting a masterbatch to a predetermined mixing ratio, or a method of directly mixing with a resin pellet. In order for the polyolefin of the bag inner layer kneaded with such a nonionic surfactant to exhibit the desired antifogging properties, the thickness of the bag inner layer must be greater than or equal to the IA of the entire film thickness. Moreover, if it is thicker than 2mm, an unnecessary amount of surfactant will bleed out or bloom out, which will adversely affect the sealing performance, which is not preferable.

In the embodiment shown in the first diagram, the bag inner layer is made of a kneaded mixture of a polyolefin resin and a surfactant that exhibits an antifogging effect, and the bag outer layer is made of a polyolefin resin having a density different from that of the resin of the bag inner layer. In this example, an outer layer made of a polyolefin resin having a density different from that of the resin of the bag inner layer may be formed by co-extrusion with the inner layer via an intermediate layer. One layer may be composed of a polyolefin resin having a density different from that of the resin of the bag inner layer.

As detailed above, since the coextruded multilayer film for packaging according to the present invention is a coextruded multilayer film with two or more layers, not only the inner bag layer has antifogging properties, but also the inner layer of each bag contains surfactant. The bag-making machine suitability and packaging machine suitability are maintained well, and the bag has the advantage that migration of the surfactant from the inner layer to the outer layer to the outer surface of the bag is suppressed. It is something.
