【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 長手方向上方に所定数の係合孔を形成させ
、下端を椅子の座部に取付けて立設させた外筒部
と、その外筒部に上下摺動自在に嵌挿した中芯部
とを備え、 該中芯部には、背もたれ取付部材が連結され、
かつ前記中芯部の内部には空部を形成し、該空部
には、前記中芯部の上方部から外方に臨む操作部
と、中芯部の下方部から前記操作部の反対側に折
曲して位置して係合孔に係合する係合部と、前記
両者に一体に設けられ、常時は前記係合部を前記
係合孔に嵌合する方向に付勢するばね部とを有す
る作動板が装着されており、 前記外筒部の係合孔と中芯部の作動板の係合部
とが操作の押圧により、その係合を離脱しうるよ
うにしたことを特徴とする椅子の背もたれ高さ調
整装着。 (2) 外筒部に形成した所定数の係合孔がスリツ
ト形状であつて、各係合孔の間隔を狭めるように
