の接点とを有し、通常は第１の接点を閉じ、第２
の接点を開き、前記ホトカプラの出力に応答して
前記第１の接点を開いて前記第２の接点を閉じ、
解除信号でもつて再度前記第１の接点を閉じ、前
記第２の接点を開くラツチリレーとからなること
