【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) サイドドアの揺動基端側の端部における略
水平方向に離間した２個所に支持された回転中心
軸と、前記端部に隣接するボデイ側の表面におけ
る略水平方向に離間した２個所に支持された回転
中心軸と、前記ボデイ側及びサイドドア側の各々
の一方の回転中心軸に両端が回転自在に連結され
た第１のアームと、他の回転中心軸に両端が回転
自在に連結された第２のアームと、を有してなる
自動車のサイドドアヒンジ機構において、前記第
１のアーム及び第２のアームの一方に取付けられ
たトーシヨンバーと、前記サイドドア側及びボデ
イ側の一方に設けられたカムプレートと、前記ト
ーシヨンバーの前記第１又は第２のアームへの取
付部と反対側の端部に形成された略クランク形状
の折曲げ部と、この折曲げ部の前記アームの回転
中心軸と平行な端部に、軸方向摺動自在且つ、回
転自在に支持されると共に、該トーシヨンバーに
より形成されるねじり力により前記カムプレート
のカム面に転接自在に付勢され、且つ、上下に前
記カムプレートを挾み込む一対のつば部を備えて
なるローラと、を含んでドアチエツク機構を構成
し、前記カムプレートのカム面のリフトによりド
アチエツク力を形成することを特徴とする自動車
のサイドドアヒンジ機構。 (2) 前記トーシヨンバーの前記アームへの取付
端部は、先端が直角に折曲げられた略Ｕ字形状の
巻き込み形状部とされ、該Ｕ字の対向する２軸に
おいて前記アームにおける水平部を挟持し、且つ
直角折曲げ部とＵ字の底辺により水平部を上下か
ら挟持して位置決めをすることを特徴とする実用
