Abstract

PURPOSE:To ensure blue flame combustion and improve combustion efficiency by a method wherein a tapered evaporating cylinder provided with an annular colliding wall is connected to a hollow cylinder for evaporation and evaporated oil injected into a combustion cylinder to burn it. CONSTITUTION:The combustion cylinder 11 consisting of a cup shape cylindrical body is provided in an exhaust tube 8 through a gas path 10. The open side of the cup shaped cylindrical body in the combustion cylinder 11 is equipped toward a nozzle device 1. The hollow cylinder 12 for evaporation is inserted into the combustion cylinder 11 to mount loosely and the suction side cylinder end portion 13 of the hollow cylinder 12 is inserted into the outlet port 17 of the annular colliding wall 16 provided on an expanded opening portion 15 of the tapered evaporating cylinder 14 and is secured integrally. The suction port 18 of the tapered evaporating cylinder 14 is connected to the outlet port portion provided on the cylinder 4 of the injecting nozzle device 1. 突壁16の吐出口部17に嵌挿して一体的に固設し、前
記テーパー状気化筒14の吸気口部18は、前記噴射ノ
ズル装置1の機部4に設けた吐出口部に連結−し、19
は機部4に送る燃料用空気量を調節する風量調節弁、2
0は燃料ポンプ、21は前記燃焼筒11のスカート部、
22は燃焼部、23は中空筒体12の支杆、24は凹陥

間、中空筒体12外周面の熱放射によって燃焼すると共
に、高熱の環状衝突壁16面に接した燃焼部22におい
て、前記機部4から油と共に流入した燃焼用空気によっ
て青火燃焼してガス風路10に流出し、その燃焼ガス排
気筒8内を流れて排気口9から機外に排除されることに
なる。
