〔技術分野〕
重合開始剤混入のペグアー（ＰＥＧＭＡ）溶液を含浸し
てなる素材単板を多数枚積層するとともに一体化してフ
リッチを形成したのち、該フリッチを切削して人工化粧

ータリー切削やスライヌ切削を行ない所定の大きさに裁

成するとともに、必要に応じて脱脂処理、脱色処理を行
なうた後、所望の色彩にする為の染色処理を行う０次い
で該素材単板をＢＰＯ，ＭＥＫ、パーオキサイド等の重
合開始剤を混入したＰＥＧＭＡ溶液中に浸漬せしめて、
該ＰＥＧＭＡｌｌＩｉを素材単板内に充分含浸する。次
いで該素材単板をフェノ−／Ｉ／樹脂接着剤、ウレタン
樹脂接着剤を介在して多数枚積層するとともに、細かい
凹凸を表面に有する型板上に載置し、上下方向より圧締
して該接着剤を硬化せしめて、凹凸形状のフリッチを形
成し、該フリッチを厚み０．２ｚ乃至０．５χの薄片に
スライス切削して木目模様を有する人工化粧単板を得る
