別個に移動可能に構成されると共に、該アダプタ
の他端部には、前記ベースプレートに設けられた
位置決めバーの複数の孔部にロツドが嵌脱自在に
嵌合するシリンダが設けられ、該ロツドによつて
アダプタの位置決めをした後前記テーブルが上昇
して、前記ランド部にコンタクトプローブを接触
させるように構成されたことを特徴とする２アダ
