中間プレート上面に前記上型端部が接当するよう
になつており、他方、下部プレートに下型が取付
けられていると共に、前記中間プレートの下側に
位置してストツパー及び中間プレート支持用バネ
を取付けたガイドピンが取付けられており、型締
めによつて中間プレートが降下して前記中間プレ
ート支持用のバネに支持されて一時的に停止し、
さらに型締めの進行によつて上型端部が中間プレ
ート上面に接当して中間プレートを押圧し、該中
間プレートのエツジと下型のエツジとで基材をト
リミングし、さらに型締めの進行によつて中間プ
レートが下部プレートに取付けられているストツ
パーに接当して停止し、上部プレートに取付けら
れている表皮材のトリミング用刃と前記中間プレ
ート上面との間で表皮材をカツトすると同時に上
型と下型との間で基材と表皮材とを貼合せると共
に成形するように構成されていることを特徴とす
