Claims (1)
- アクチユエータベース上に対物レンズを設けた
レンズホルダーをベース面に沿つて回動可能にか
つ上下にスライド可能に支持し、前記レンズホル
ダにその回動中心を中心とする円筒状に巻かれた
フオーカスコイルと、このフオーカスコイルの外
周面の所要の位置に設けた複数のラジアルコイル
とを備え、この両コイルを前記ベース上に設けた
マグネツトとヨーク体でなる磁気回路に組み合わ
せてなる対物レンズアクチユエータにおいて、前
記フオーカスコイルの周面に、前記磁気回路の端
縁部に位置するように磁性体を設け、この磁性体
の端部と前記磁気回路との吸引力が均衡状態のと
き前記レンズホルダが中立状態を保つようにした
対物レンズアクチユエータの中立保持装置。
