に設けられたカム受部材とを有し、上記枢軸とカ
ム受部材のいづれか一方は上記長孔内に遊挿され
上記回動部材の先端はカム部に作つてこれを上記
カム受部材と当接せしめ、上記枢軸とカム受部材
との内、上記長孔内に遊挿された側にはコイルば
ねの1端を連結すると共にこのコイルばねの他端
はばね力調整部材に係止して、この調整部材を支
点としたコイルばねの力により上記カム受部材と
上記カム部とを圧接せしめ、上記ばね力調整部材
は上記コイルばねの軸方向に移動可能であると共
に移動位置において固定される様に構成し、上記
ばね力調整部材によつて上記コイルばねの支点を
移動させ、これにより上記カム受部材とカム部と
によつて生じる回転トルクを増減する様に構成し
