キヤビテイブロツクに埋設され通電により上記第
１のキヤビテイブロツクを加熱する電熱線とを有
し、固定して設けられた固定金型。 (ロ) 上記第１の凹部とともにキヤビテイを形成
する第２の凹部が凹設された第２のキヤビテイブ
ロツクと、この第２のキヤビテイブロツクをその
長手方向に沿つて摺動自在に保持する第２のキヤ
ビテイホルダと、この第２のキヤビテイホルダの
上記第２のキヤビテイブロツク保持側とは反対側
に固着された断熱材と、上記第２のキヤビテイブ
ロツクに埋設され通電により上記第２のキヤビテ
イブロツクを加熱する電熱線とを有し、上記固定
