    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 主軸を軸受を介して回転自在に支持する主軸ヘ
    ツドと、該主軸を駆動するモータを有する駆動モ
    ータ部とを備えた工作機械用主軸ヘツドにおいて
    、前記主軸と前記軸受との間に断熱用のセラミツ
    クを介装し、前記主軸ヘツドに主軸ヘツド冷却部
    を設けると共に、前記駆動モータ部に駆動モータ
    冷却部とを設けたことを特徴とする主軸ヘツドの
    冷却装置。
