    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 平板状の磁性体の長手方向に等ピツチで形成さ
    れた磁極歯を備えた固定子と、該固定子磁極歯面
    と微小空隙を介して対向する固定子磁極歯と等ピ
    ツチの磁極歯よりなる複数の磁極歯群と磁石と複
    数のコイルを備えた長手方向に摺動可能な可動子
    から成り、前記固定子磁極歯と前記可動子磁極歯
    が相対的にＯ度以外の任意の角度を持つ様に配置
    されたリニアモータ。
