Abstract

PURPOSE:To certainly perform the storage of a paper support and to prevent the penetration of dust into machinery when the machinery is not used, by providing the paper support constituted so as to be capable of taking a state wherein an upper surface is inclined toward a printing mechanism part and a state continuing to the upper surface of the upper lid covering the printing mechanism part and forming a holding means for holding the paper support in a freely detachable manner. CONSTITUTION:A paper support 27 has a recessed part 29 and a notch 30 provided to the left and right parts thereof and attached to the protruded part 31 of a main body housing 21. The paper support 27 is rotated to the position where left and right cams 32 are locked with a projection 34 having springiness to perform the positional determination of the paper insert angle of the paper support 27. when the paper support 27 is brought to a flat state, it is arranged so as to leave a slight gap l2 with respect to the upper lid 28 of the main body housing 21 to prevent the mixing of foreign matters into the apparatus. The pawls 33 provided to the left and right rear parts of the paper support 27 are engaged with the square holes 35 provided to left and right rear part surfaces of the main body housing 21 and the paper support 27 can be certainly held.

As shown in FIG. 7B, the printing mechanism includes a cylindrical platen 2 that is rotationally driven by a motor (not shown), and is disposed in contact with the platen 2 and moves together with the platen, A rear feed roller 3a and a front feed roller 3b that convey the recording paper held between the platen 2, a heel 8 that guides the inserted recording paper, and a type wheel 4 that is disposed opposite the platen 2. The main component is a printing hammer 6 that strikes the type wheel 4. Note that 6 is a recording paper.

To feed the recording paper 6 to the printing device, first manually insert the end of the recording paper 6 far between the platen 2 and the rear feed roller 3a, then rotate the platen 2, and then The recording paper 6 is fed together with 31.3b. However, in this conventional example, since the width 11 of the paper support portion 1b integrally formed with the upper plate 1a of the main body housing 1 is narrow, the recording paper 6 is bent as shown by the broken line in FIG. 7B. In this case, the paper support part 1b has a wide width, which has the drawback that paper feeding becomes impossible or the recording paper 6 is fed diagonally as shown in FIG. 7C. Among them were those shown in Figures 8 and 9.

12 is a paper support, which is connected to the main body housing 1;
It is removably provided on the upper plate 11a of 1. By the way, recording paper generally used in printing devices includes not only single sheets and cut sheets cut to predetermined dimensions, but also
There is something called continuous paper. In order to use this continuous paper, a tractor unit 13 as shown in FIG. 8 is used. When installing this tractor unit 13 in a printing device, remove the paper support 12,
I am installing the tractor unit 13 in the same position, but I am having trouble finding a place to store the removed paper support 12.
There is a problem in that it is easily lost or damaged due to falling.

Purpose of the Invention The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems.The purpose of the present invention is to securely store the paper support when it is removed, and also to prevent the inside of the device from being stored when the device is not in use. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a printing device equipped with a paper support that can prevent dirt, dust, etc. from entering.To achieve the above object, the printing device of the present invention has a printing mechanism section inside. The housing of the built-in printing device main body is detachable from the rear of the upper surface of the housing, and has a first state in which the upper surface is inclined toward the printing mechanism section, and a second state in which the upper surface is continuous with the upper surface of the upper cover that covers the printing mechanism section. The printer is provided with a paper support configured to be able to take various positions, and a holding means for detachably holding the paper support is formed on the rear surface of the housing of the main body of the printer. With this configuration, when the printing device is not in use, the paper support can be moved to the second
By keeping it in this state, it is possible to prevent dirt, dust, etc. from entering the printing machine (section 14), and when the paper support is not in use, it is possible to attach the paper support to the spine of the housing of the main body of the printing machine. This prevents paper supports from being lost.

As described above, according to this embodiment, the paper support 27
Since the paper support 27 has notches in the recesses provided on both sides, it is easy to attach and detach, and when the paper support 27 is laid down, as shown by the broken line in FIG. This arrangement prevents dirt and dust from entering the inside of the device, and also ensures that the front left and right cams 32 and the springy protrusions 34 of the main body housing 21 are properly aligned when the paper support 27 is erected. When the paper support 27 is not used, such as when using a tractor unit (not shown), the claws 33 on the left and right sides and the main housing Since the square hole 36 provided on the back of 27 has a structure that can be locked,
Loss and damage of the paper support 27 can be prevented.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above explanation, the printing device of the present invention is equipped with a removable paper support at the rear of the upper surface of the main housing, and can be attached to the back of the main housing when the paper support is not in use. By having a similar configuration, it is possible to prevent the loss of paper supports, etc.
The paper support is configured so that its upper surface can assume a first state in which it guides the recording paper to the printing mechanism section and a second state in which it is continuous with the upper surface of the top cover that protects the internal mechanism. In this condition, there may be dust, dirt, etc. inside the printing device.
It can prevent the intrusion of dust, etc., and is extremely effective in practice.
