したエアシリンダ装置の縦断面図、第２図は従来
例のエアシリンダ装置の縦断面図である。 ２はシリンダ、３，４は外側ピストン、５は内
側ピストン、９は息抜き穴、１１はエアシリンダ
装置、１２はエアシリンダのエア漏れ警報装置、
１３はエアの流量センサ、１４は警報器である。

Claims (1)
- シリンダ内に、該シリンダに対して摺動自在な
一対の外側ピストンと、該外側ピストンに対して
摺動自在な内側ピストンとが収容され、該シリン
ダの軸方向中央部に該外側ピストン用の息抜き穴
が該シリンダの外部に連通して設けられたエアシ
リンダ装置において、該息抜き穴に、エアの流量
センサを取り付け、該流量センサが一定量以上の
エアの流量を検出した場合に警報を発する警報器
を設けたことを特徴とするエアシリンダのエア漏
れ警報装置。
