Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide the titled composition containing an organic peroxide and a neutral inorganic salt which are solid heavier than water, and storable stably for a long period without causing the precipitation of the organic peroxide because the addition of the neutral inorganic salt equalizes the specific gravity of the organic peroxide to that of water. CONSTITUTION:An organic peroxide having a specific gravity of >=1 (e.g. benzoyl peroxide) and a neutral inorganic salt (e.g. NaCl) are added to an aqueous liquid such as water, and usually stirred to obtain the objective composition. When the organic peroxide has poor wettability with water, it is preferable to add a small amount of conventional surfactant.

流動的で安定性の優れた水性懸濁液の開発が望まれてい
る。

グを起こすなどの問題がある。又、BPOなど芳香族ジ
アシルペルオキシド類などは機械的衝撃により分解する
可能性もあり粉砕機等による微粒化は有効であるとは言
い難い。本発明によれば有機過酸化物を特に粉砕機等に
より微粒化しなくとも、1ケ月以上安定な水性12組成
物を得ることが出来た。

かまわない次(こ一般に固体の有機過酸化物は水とのぬ
れが(使用される界面活性剤を少毒、添加することで解
決出来た。ここでいう界面活性剤とは、非イオン系、イ
オン系いづれの中から選んでもかまわない。具体的には
オレイン酸ソルビタンエステル、ポリオキシエチレンア
ルキルエーテル、プロピレングリコール脂肪酸エステル
、ポリビニルアルコール、ドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸
ナトリウム等々が上げられ特に限定するものではない。
