源９に対して前記バツテリ電圧を断続的に供給す
る制御回路７，１６とを備え、かつ前記パルス発
生回路１０，１４は前記バツテリ電圧の変化を検
出し、該パルス発生回路１０，１４から出力され
る前記制御パルス１０ａ，１４ａのデユーテイを
前記バツテリ電圧の変化に反比例して変化させて
