    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 弁箱内に設けられた弁座と、前記弁座の上流側に配置さ
    れ、ダイアフラム室に供給される作動流体により前記弁
    座と協働して開閉弁ずる弁頭を備えた弁体と、前記弁頭
    の反弁座当接面を密封的に覆うと共に当該弁頭の外周側
    面と微少間隙を有して対面する前記弁箱側に支持される
    ラビリンス室とを備えてなる流量制御弁。
