Abstract

PURPOSE:To suppress the fluctuation of the output voltage to the fluctuation of the input voltage with a linear type series control stabilized power supply circuit, by providing a stabilizing circuit at a current supply part of a reference voltage part. CONSTITUTION:A current stabilized by a stabilizing circuit A is supplied to a generating part of the reference voltage VREF. Thus the voltage of a point P is decided by the division ratios between a comparator S1 and resistances R5 and R6 respectively by supplying a current to the voltage VREF of the circuit A from the input voltage VIN via a resistance R4. Then a current is supplied to the reference voltage part from the point P via a resistance R7, and the output voltage V0 is decided by the division ratios between a comparator S2 and resistances R8 and R9 respectively. Thus the voltage is stabilized at the point P regardless of the fluctuation of the voltage VIN. This stabilizes the voltage VREF and then the voltage V.
